I could over analyze this sentence and point out that it's actually not subjunctive at all, since for a subjunctive sentence to work, the two subjects cannot be the same. or i could just say that this old man is probably the greatest man who ever lived, and i wish i could discuss grammar with him all day. you can keep your math, i'll take my cardboard grammar lessons :p first of all, passive subjunctive sentences are always funny.
